The village Bas-Oha is located along the river Meuse in the Condroz nearby the small pittoresk town of Huy. The cities of Namur and Liège are only a 20-minutes-drive away from Villa Mosa.  The natural park of 'Burdinale and Mehaigne' is close by and here you can enjoy authentic Walloon villages and country landscapes. Although Villa Mosa is located in the heart of the green Walloon country side, access by car is easy Villa Mosa being only a 10-minutes-drive away from the exit 8 of highway E42 and 5-minutes-drive away from the nearest shopping mall and supermarkets .  The train station of Bas-Oha is located at a 3-minutes-walking-distance from the estate.
